Having to have a full roof replacement is one of the most daunting tasks facing any homeowner. My wife and I recently suffered significant hail and wind damage to our roof culminating with shingles torn off and laying in our front and back yard. We are cautious people concerned with protecting this investment we have saved all our lives to get, so my first call was to our insurance company. I am a retired Army Colonel. We have been customers of USAA for over 40 years, and not once in that time have we ever had to submit a claim for a new roof. USAA quickly dispatched Mr. Kim, the claim representative who surveyed and documented the damage. He brought Mr. Andy Murawski to help him. When Mr. Kim completed his work, he told me that he was going to recommend a new roof rather than just repairs. At that time, I asked Andy if he knew of any roofing companies that could help us sort through the choices and make the right decisions to protect our investment, and it was not until then that Andy told me that he was, in fact, the owner of Infinity Roofing. Based on my request, Andy then took the time to show me some of the current choices in shingles and left me with a brochure to consider as we started our research. Following that visit, and USAA’s approval of the claim, I began my normal due diligence by reading reports, testimonials and reviews of various roofing companies to include Kudzu, Angie’s List and the Better Business Bureau reports. I also checked out the business web sites of a number of companies. The result of that effort was a decision on our part to contract with Andy and his company, Infinity Roofing. From the first time that I met Andy to making our final payment today, I have to say that this has been the most pain-free, frustration-free, and just plain satisfying experiences we have ever had as homeowners. Andy met with us after our initial decision to review options and to select shingles and colors. We replaced the low-end three-tab shingle the previous owners had put on the roof with a top-of-the-line, 50 year GAF architectural shingle. We trusted Andy’s judgment on the color and could not be happier with the choice. After signing the contract, our communications continued with both Andy and Amanda who runs the business office. In every instance, they were informative, responsive and wonderful to deal with. No homeowner could ask for better communications with a contractor or his company. On the day of the job, Andy and the crew showed up right on time. They worked the entire day, and when it became clear that they would not be able to finish, Andy made arrangements to come back the next day to complete the work. After the job was done, Andy came back to make a final clean up and inspection of the work, and to make sure that we were 100% satisfied – he has now done that three times since the roof was completed. What I really appreciate about Andy and Amanda is that this is a company that really does care about the work and about what the customer thinks. Others say that, but don’t deliver. Infinity Roofing cares, and delivers. We now have one of the nicest roofs in the entire neighborhood, and more importantly, we are customers of one of the finest roofing companies in the business, so we know if there are any issues, Andy will be the first to make things right. This family-owned and family run business is the real deal, and these are some of the nicest, most competent and professional people you will ever meet. Heaven forbid if your roof gets damages by wind or hail, but if it does, you can put your trust in Andy and Infinity Roofing and they will get it right the first time! I am a widow that even though I have some construction in my background my husband was an incredible contractor and superintendent for high end residential and commercial work and I miss having him to help with these types of things around the house even though Im confidant that I can critique work and know good people and hard workers when I see them.
